The Lake Creek Forest Architectural Control Committee (ACC) Guidelines have been revised as of March 22, 2007. The revisions include new application packets for Clearing, New Construction, and Subsequent Construction/Improvement.

The individual application packets are attached as Word documents for our property owners' use. Hard copy signed originals are needed for the application approval process and should be sent to CKM, the POA's management firm at: the following address:
